CAP SAR/DR Rapid Response Teams, GA Wing

This is a site to share information and documentation related to the Rapid Response Teams in the GA Wing of Civil Air Patrol (USAF Aux). It consists of two main branches, the Ground Team and the Incident Management Team.

The Ground Team is a group of people that are Civil Air Patrol members in the Georgia Wing and are trained and dedicated to all aspects of performing the search mission in the field. These missions include but are in no way limited to such events as downed aircraft, lost or missing persons, and a natural or man made disaster.

The Incident Management Team is a group of people that are Civil Air Patrol members in the Georgia Wing and are trained and dedicated to managing all aspects of the planning and operations of various kinds of emergency incidents. These include but are in no way limited to such events as downed aircraft, lost or missing persons, and a natural or man made disaster.
